* There is a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee for ALL appointments. The booking fee IS applied towards your service and the actual amount will be provided during scheduling. For the record, we DO NOT accept FULL SERVICE payments before your service is rendered, however if YOU decide to pay your full balance and for whatever reason you need to cancel, our NO REFUND POLICY still applies and you can only receive a SERVICE CREDIT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
* There is a 10 min grace period for your arrival time. If you have not arrived after 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, there will be a $10 LATE FEE in order to keep your appointment otherwise your appointment WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
* No KIDS or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed unless being serviced.
* FOOD and/or DRINKS are NOT allowed inside the salon.
* For your remaining balance, we accept CASH ONLY!
