*If you need hair but fail to select hair included or a hair color, it will be selected for you (If in stock) otherwise your appointment will be rescheduled.
*If you opt out of hair included (for braids) and decide to provide hair yourself, please purchase the Spectra brand
*If you opt out of a shampoo (which includes condition, detangle/blowdry) but cannot get your hair as straight as needed by the stylist, please select detangle/blowdry as an add-on.
*If you fail to select an add-on and your stylist still has to prep your natural hair or purchase hair to further service you you will accumulate a $50 fee due to the extended service time or your appointment will be rescheduled.
*Please understand: failure to have your hair prepped before a service may or may not alter style results. Your hair should be clean and free of oils etc.
* IF YOU ARE SICK, COUGHING, SNEEZING, FEVER, ETC. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH US. IF YOU GET SICK AFTER BOOKING, PLEASE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE. WE ARE NOT INTENDING TO BE RUDE... OUR MAIN GOAL IS YOUR BEAUTY BUT OUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN IS OUR HEALTH.
To ensure the safety of EVERYONE:
For your ease of mind, ALL equipment that comes into direct personal contact with customers and ALL furniture in our service areas (such as chairs, capes, and the shampooing and tattoo area) will be completely cleaned and disinfected between each customer.
Also there will be a daily symptom screening of Poochie’s Hair and Nails staff before they enter the workplace.
UPON GOVERNMENT REQUEST, IT IS LIKELY THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE RESCHEDULED DUE TO COVID-19. IN SUCH CASE, YOUR DEPOSIT CAN ONLY BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND. IF YOU OBJECT TO THIS WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. AGAIN, WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU BOOK WITH US AND HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
* There is a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee for ALL appointments. The booking fee IS applied towards your service and the actual amount will be provided during scheduling. For the record, we DO NOT accept FULL SERVICE payments before your service is rendered, however if YOU decide to pay your full balance and for whatever reason you need to cancel, our NO REFUND POLICY still applies and you can only receive a SERVICE CREDIT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
* There is a 5 min grace period for your arrival time. If you have not arrived after 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment or have called, there will be a $10 LATE FEE IF your stylist is able to fit you in; otherwise your appointment WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
*If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, you will be charged a $25 RESCHEDULING FEE. Please note that the rescheduling fee is based on your type of service therefore is subject to change.
*Depending on the circumference of your head and/or the fullness of your hair, all services rendered may take MORE or LESS time as stated on the appointment type.
* No KIDS or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed unless being serviced.
* FOOD and/or DRINKS are NOT allowed inside the salon.
* For your remaining balance, we accept CASH ONLY!
