*** ALL readings are being conducted IN PERSON, in our studio. WE WILL NOT RESCHEDULE your date in the event of any shut down. It will remain at the time you booked. If you are not prepared to have a GOOGLE MEET video reading in the event of a lockdown, please DO NOT book a reading. You will NOT receive a refund under any circumstances. WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR INITIALS TO PROCEED TO PAYMENT YOU AGREE TO THIS STIPULATION.

Please note that we require a minimum of 1 week notice ( 7 days) for any cancellation or reschedule for any type of reading/service in order for you to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.

Should you cancel without one weeks notice we retain the full amount paid for the service you booked. You can transfer your reading/service to someone else in the event you can't meet the cancellation timeframe.
