CANCELLATION NOTICE & COVID UPDATE:
*There will be NO Refunds for No Shows
*** In the event our studio is shut down again due to COVID your READING will MOVE TO a ZOOM reading. WE WILL NOT RESCHEDULE your date. It will remain at the time you booked. If you are not prepared to have a ZOOM reading( if necessary), please DO NOT book a reading. You will not receive a refund under any circumstances. WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR INITIALS TO PROCEED TO PAYMENT YOU AGREE TO THIS STIPULATION.
Please note that we require a minimum of 1 week notice ( 7 days) for any cancellation or reschedule for any type of reading/service in order for you to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
Should you cancel without one weeks notice we retain the full amount paid for the service you booked. You can transfer your reading/service to someone else in the event you can't meet the cancellation timeframe.
