Please note that we no longer have our South Lake Location open we have our Frisco Treatment Center open. We do offer Mobile appointments for your convenience but those are not able to be scheduled on-line. Please call us to schedule all mobile appointments.
Lastly if this is for an appointment Monday thru Friday or a Saturday/Sunday appointment we will call you to verify your credit card information in order to hold your appointment time.
