Cancellation & Rescheduling policy
I realize that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life but in my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients and myself the following policies have to be followed:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. If for any reason you are unable to give 24-hour notice your $20 deposit will not be refunded. Repeat offenders will be asked to pay in advance or will not be allowed to schedule at all.
Please recognize that small business like Great Skin by Candace should be respected, especially since the time you are scheduling is reserved exclusively for you. These policies are placed so that we can maintain our existence by continuing to provide affordable, high quality services for our wonderfully loyal clients.
