For Personal Training at my location or yours please try to be 15mins early to start your movement prep, if you are going to be late please please send me a text or call. If you are more than 15mins late the session is charged and automatically cancelled.
If you have been a CFP member and have learned the Movement Preparation please do it prior (15 mins) to our training session so that you can maximize your time with your program, please do not skip the Movement Prep as it is part of all of your programs and aids with INJURY PREVENTION.
Please have adequate clothing for training and water for hydrating and/or a towel if necessary.
Cancellation Policy is quite simple; you need to contact me via email, text or call 12 hours prior to your session, any time less than the 12 hours and you will be charged for your session.
