HOW TO BOOK
- Choose a service category, session type & length.
- Select a provider and an appointment time.
- Complete the intake forms, and register for an account to save them for quicker booking next time!
- Submit your booking! Prepayment is optional. If you have a gift card, please bring it with you.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. Last minute appointment changes and no-shows have a major impact on our staff, and will incur a $30 fee, per person, per appointment. We reserve the right to limit access to online booking & require prepayment for future appointments.
- We understand that emergencies happen, and we try not to penalize clients for things like sudden illness or family emergency. If something comes up, please call us as soon as possible. If we don't pick up, we're probably with another client, so leave a voicemail & let us know what's going on. We'll call you right back to help you with scheduling.

NEW CLIENTS
- If you have a chronic health condition that tends to flare up (Fibro, Lyme, Dercum's, etc.), please start with a shorter session (30-45 minutes) until you know how your body will respond to massage. Especially if you are not already receiving massages regularly.
- If you are booking a Targeted Therapeutic Massage, your massage therapist will conduct a 5-10 minute new client consultation at the start of your first visit. You may wish to book a slightly longer session to account for the consultation portion of the visit.
COVID PROTOCOL
- Masks are currently required for everyone, as we work closely with populations with chronic health conditions.
- Do not come in for a massage if you are feeling unwell or had a recent COVID contact. Whether you have a cold, flu, or other COVID-like symptoms, or been around someone who is sick, please call us to reschedule your appointment! You will not be penalized for illness-related cancellations.
- Our entire team is vaccinated. We are running HEPA filters and sanitizing each room between clients. All linens are always freshly washed.
