Whether experiencing chronic pain, recovering from trauma, or coping with chronic stress, yoga can be a wonderful tool for building resilience. In these classes we will practice slowing down and reconnecting mind and body using repetitive movement designed to soothe and balance the nervous system, gentle breathwork, self compassion, and meditation. Participants will be invited to practice in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. All classes are trauma-informed and open to students of any level.
