Please Read Appointment Etiquette & Cancellation Policy Before Scheduling

**Accepting New Clients**

Cancellation Policy:

  • You must reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the start of your appointment window
    • If you cancel within 12 hours of the start of your appointment, you will be charged a fee for half price of your booked service.
    • If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or DO NOT SHOW UP you will be charged the full fee for the service booked.
    • Cancellation fees are non-transferable. If you reschedule with less than 12 hours or miss your appointment entirely the fee charged covers the cost of your artist’s time and as a result cannot be applied to future/rescheduled appointments.

**By entering your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to accept any cancellation or no-show fees.
