NO SWEAT INTRO ==> In this 30-minute session, you will start off with a chat about you, your goals, and how we can help! IF you would like to take advantage of a complementary InBody Body Composition Scan, please do not eat, drink, or exercise 2 hours before your appointment.
NEW MEMBER DISCOVERY or FOLLOW UP ==> In this 50-minute session, you will sit down with a coach and talk about your goals, answer any questions, get your 1st InBody Body Composition Scan, and perform a small assessment workout. **Due to the Body Composition Scan, you cannot eat, drink, or workout 2 hours prior to the scan. Be sure to dress comfortably and bring a bottle of water.
IN-BODY & MEASUREMENTS ==> In this 15-minute session, you will do the non-invasive Body Composition Scan and tape measurements. Wear light weight clothing. **Do not eat, drink, or workout 2 hours prior to the scan.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS ==> Be sure to dress comfortably and bring a bottle of water.
