Please choose this option for requesting service (repairs, or general tune-up). At your appointment we will assess your bike for its repair needs. Our aim is to complete the service and return your bike to you at the latest by the following business day, or as soon as possible if we need to special-order components.

Book your new bike's free check-up, usually about six weeks after your New Bike Day! We'll tighten up your cables, assess your fit and riding position, and ensure you're getting the most out of your new bike! This is a "while you wait" service.

Book an appointment with us to have an experienced staff member guide you through adding panniers, racks, child carriers, or other accessories to your bike. Please wear a mask while shopping in our store.

Choose this option to have your winter tires installed by us! Free installation & storage for tires purchased at LBC. If you need new winter tires, please phone ahead, or purchase your tires online before booking your service appointment to ensure we have your size. If your bike needs a little TLC before winter starts, you can a tune-up at the same time as your winter tire swap and save 10% on labour!

Choose this option to have your winter tires swapped out, and your bike tuned up for spring. If you book a morning appointment, we'll aim to have your bike back to you by the afternoon of the same day. If you book an afternoon appointment, we'll aim to get your bike back to you by the following day.
