Unless you are booking a free or promotional session, payment is due in full at the time of scheduling your session

Refunds are not available but you can reschedule for any reason with at least 24 hours notice. I encourage you to reschedule your introductory or individual session so you do not lose your investment in yourself.

Group sessions cannot be rescheduled, but don't worry- I'll send a recording of the session so you can receive the energy when you are ready.
