When choosing a date for your Star Party Reservation:
You MUST include your group size in the “Quantity” section BEFORE clicking on a date. This ensures that only dates with applicable availability are shown for your group size.
Failure to do so will result in our inability to host your group on your chosen day due to size restrictions at the Observatory. In other words, if there are only 2 spots available for a Reserved Star Party on the below calendar for a specific date and you book a reservation for those 2 spots but your group size is 6 people, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate your group since it would overbook the space at the Observatory (max of 8 people total for any single Reserved Star Party session).
