Designed for those who want a thorough but gentle whole-body stretch. This low impact class will renew you from head to toe! Chairs and props will be used to modify poses as needed. With practice you will have healthier joints, more flexible muscles, better balance and a more relaxed, centered mind. You will learn gentle yoga movements combined with relaxation, meditation & deep breathing exercises to help you let go of stress, refresh, renew and recharge.

8-week series restorative class, focusing on building your core and pelvic floor. We will work on proper breathing, alignment, and muscle recruitment specific to the muscles stretched during pregnancy and labor.
The first and last class will include a diastasis recti screen, measuring any abdominal separation and progress by our specialist.
