Join us for a one hour flow which will create space to move slowly, feeling and listening to the inner workings of your body. Expect dynamic sequences with a focus on centering, opening, and releasing. Each pose and transition will connect you to your breath and highest intention. This class is suitable for all levels of yogis - including first-timers.

Do you have a little one (ages 3-6) who LOVES cats? This 30-minute class is the purrfect introduction to our cat lounge. In a closely guided session, our Cat Wrangler will teach your child how to read cat body language, proper petting technique, and how to play with cats in a safe and fun way. Little Kitties who attend the class and Graduate, can then visit Daily Mews Cat Cafe anytime during regular business hours.
