During this On-Boarding, we'll introduce EasyRx to a new Connected Lab. Topics covered during the On-Boarding:
-We'll review your current lab prescription workflow
-How to integrate EasyRx into the workflow
-Review the EasyRx Universal Library of Parts and Appliances
-Review how to create and assign prescription templates
-Working with cases: CheckIn/Edit/ Printing/Shipping
-Introducing EasyRx to current lab customers

We recommend 4 separate On-Boarding sessions to implement EasyRx Enterprise lab.
Session 1 – Initial Setup – 1 – 2 hours
Session 2 – Workflow / Processing cases for Written CheckIn 1 – 2 hours
Session 3 - Workflow / Processing cases for EasyRx Cases – 1 – 2 hours
Session 4 – Invoicing / Shipping / Quickbooks / Xero Integration 1 – 2 hours

How to use EasyRx 3D to base/trim/edit STL files
Only lab staff that will be editing digital models/3D printing need be on this session
Cover EasyRx 3D minimum requirements / basic setup
Install EasyFS for customer on machines that will be used to send to 3D printer
Walk through how to access / use EasyRx 3D
Getting based files into Lab's printer software
Enabling any 3D printer integration (if applicable)
How to use EasyRx Aligner Tracking System (if applicable)

Re-training of new staff, existing staff, overview and specific topics

During this On-Boarding, we'll introduce EasyRx Connected Lab and integrating with VisualDLP.

Re-training of new staff, existing staff, overview and specific topics

On-Boarding One is designed to get EasyRx setup and ready to go. This is a two-fold session. First we will review your current prescription workflow, the labs your currently submit cases and most common appliances. Second, we'll review your EasyRx account account setup like making sure you can login to your account to getting all your account configurations, add users, integrations, and connecting with your labs.

On-Boarding two is generally scheduled after completion of session 1. This is to truly launch EasyRx at your practice. We’ll show how to use EasyRx day to day; create a Rx, submitting and tracking cases, etc. We will review template setup and using templates day to day. We also will address anything from the initial setup that may have not been taken care of yet like getting your preferred labs signed up as Connected labs.

How to use EasyRx 3D to base/trim/edit STL files – 45 minutes

EasyRx - Follow-up Refresher Training is a review session for existing EasyRx users. We'll review specific areas of the program where you have questions and provide an overview of areas of the program you wish to implement into your workflow.

The Practice Per Script On-Boarding is designed to get EasyRx setup and ready to go for your practice. We will review your EasyRx account setup, confirm all doctors and locations are properly setup and your account configurations are ready to go.

Then, we'll focus on showing you how to use EasyRx day to day; creating prescriptions, submitting and tracking cases., using templates., etc. We will also introduce our Support Center, Knowledge Base and EasyVid video series.

In-House Lab Training - 30 Minutes
We'll review how to submit, manage and track cases submitted to your in-house lab
Managing the workflow, including how to checkin and mark cases as submitted.

How to use EasyRx 3D to base/trim/edit STL files – 30 minutes

EasyRx - Follow-up Refresher Training is a review session for existing EasyRx users. We'll review specific areas of the program where you have questions and provide an overview of areas of the program you wish to implement into your workflow.

On-Boarding One and EasyRx 3D
On-Boarding One is designed to get EasyRx setup and ready to go. We'll complete initial account setup and integration setup
We'll also review how to use EasyRx 3D to base/trim/edit STL files and review EasyRx 3D workflow.

EasyRx - Follow-up Refresher Training (FREECVD19) is a no charge review session for existing EasyRx users. We'll review specific areas of the program where you have questions and provide an overview of areas of the program you wish to implement into your workflow.

The Star Aligners On-Boarding is designed to get EasyRx setup and submitting Star Aligners cases We will review your EasyRx account setup, confirm all doctors and locations are properly set up and your account configurations are ready to go.
