We are primarily a referral based salon and close family working.

For REFERRED new clients please indicate who referred you when booking so we can OK your spot! ie:(Hi my name is Brenda I just booked an appt with you on 1/1 I was referred by Leslie)

IF YOU ARE NEW AND UNKNOWN AT OUR LOCATION WE WILL NEED A CONSULTATION WITH YOU FIRST VIA PHONE and or OR VIDEO CALL

For Janel's Clients:

You may contact Kia to book your appointments or she will contact you to confirm. New clients will require a $25 deposit.

LASH APPOINTMENTS

• All Full Sets will require a $15 deposit
• Lash extensions can typically last anywhere between 2-4 weeks, a REFill is recommended every 2-3.After 4 weeks of your last dated appt you will need to book for a full set again!
• Stay on top of your lashes and book your refills on time
• Please arrive on time Appts will be held for 15 mins if you are running late, however exceeding 15 mins YOU WILL YOUR LOOSE APPT TIME and need to RESCHEDULE
• Cancelling an appt will cause you to loose your deposit however, you may Reschedule within 24 hrs with a new date/time to transfer your deposit
• Please come to your appt without any eye makeup this especially includes mascara
• Your lashes will be cleaned before every extension svc
• However, if there is excessive makeup buildup a lash bath will be required at an additional cost of $10
• Please try and refrain from phone usage, your eyes will need to remain closed for the full time of your installment
• I do not lash over other techs work, a removal will be required
