Reschedule yourself: you can rebook from the bottom of the confirmation email - using the link at the bottom, (our system won't let you change a booking online yourself if you are under the 24-hour cancellation policy time. Alternatively, if you cannot make it, you can send a replacement for your treatment, to avoid the 100% cancellation fee (and receive a $10 referral fee, off YOUR next appointment).

Sickness, of you or your child, please contact us as soon as you can, if it's under 24 hours you will be unable to cancel or reschedule online get in touch I will do it for you.

Massage is effective if: the pain you are experiencing is between 1-6 on a pain scale that is 1 - 10 pain scale is defined by 1 being NOT painful and 10 being EXTREMELY painful). If you rate 7-10 out of 10 (or higher) I recommend Dry Needling or Acupuncture OR get in touch with your own Chiropractractic, Physiotherapist, OR Osteopath.

Dry Needling is effective if your pain is 10 out of 10. I am qualified and have 7 years of experience in comfortable Dry Needling.

Acupuncture - You can treat when any range of pain even 10 out of 10 on the pain scale. I will be qualified to treat in about February 2023 (and will be registered for Acupuncture and ACC then too).
