Suitable for pregnant ladies in their second and third trimesters. This class provides a gentle way to stretch, tone and relax. This class is a great way to connect with your baby and prepare for it's birth, as well as connecting with other mothers-to-be in the area.

Breathing & Deep Relaxation Class

1 hour @ £12.00

Friday 11.15am. This class focuses on breathing techniques and deep relaxation. It may also include some stretching and movement, Meditation and Yoga Nidra.
