Jon@sunservicessw.comWhen scheduling remember to allow approximately one hour for the interior of an average home. The rest of the 1.5 hour appointment will be the exterior and aerials if needed. If the community has amenities you would like photos of please be prepared to gain access to private areas (pools, clubhouses etc). There may be a 15 minute or so window either before or after the scheduled time due to traffic or location. Please be prepared for photos being taken at the scheduled time. If you are not sure of the property or its current state please arrive early to prepare. Exterior photos are often best upon arrival so please park away from the property.
$150 Cancellation fee for same day cancellations.
