Fill-in Deposit: $16


Eyebrow tint and lash bath require a deposit. The deposit is half of the fee. Eyebrow wax is the ONLY service that does not require a deposit.

I DO NOT HOLD EXTRA MONEY FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS! PLEASE HAVE EXACT CHANGE OR YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF ZELLE FOR YOUR REMAINING BALANCE!

1. You must put down a valid phone number & email, or your appointment will be canceled.

2. No phone calls or texting while being serviced.

3. Face mask is required for appointment.

4. If you want a time outside of my business hours there will be a $20 additional charge for outside of my business hours. Outside hours are from 7pm-11pm every day. You will be required to pay for half the service for outside hours!! Remaining balance is to be paid the day of your appointment! No Exceptions!

5. Lash Extension and Eyebrow Tint class is held every month on Sundays under EyeSlay Academy.

6. Up charge holidays are: Sweeties Day, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year Eve. Up charge cost: $40.

7. Lastly, if you don’t see a time available, please text or call me, I may have last minute openings.

Steps on Booking with EyeSlay:

  • Pick a Day/Book
  • Receive a confirmation email that includes address after you book your appointment
  • Remaining balance must be paid the Day of Appointment, Either Cash, or Zelle (I do not carry change)
  • EyeSlay schedule updates every two week!
  • You have up to one hour the day of your appointment to reschedule or cancel. If you miss your time to do either of those things, you are expected to book a new appointment.

What to Expect Before Appointment:

1. Come with clean lashes to your appointment (no makeup, or masscare on)

2. Pick a time. Any specials will be in the EyeSlay Special tab if EyeSlay is running a special that week or month.

3. You have a total of 15 minutes. After 10 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. After 5 minutes your appointment will be canceled. You will then have to make a new appointment time as well as a deposit.

    EyeSlay Lash Deep Clean

      EyeSlay's lash bath is a deep clean for the extensions. If your eyes itch, this option reduces the itch, help lash extensions stay on longer. Highly recommend booking this during your fill in sets.

    Eyebrow Tint & Wax

    • Eyebrow Tint

      30 minutes @ $40.00

      Eyebrow Tint is a painless enhancement for your actual eyebrows. Say bye-bye to eyebrow pencils. You will no longer need it with tinting. This service includes eyebrow wax. Stylist will determine whether you need a wax or not.

    • Eyebrow Fill-in

      30 minutes @ $15.00

      Fill in eyebrow with eyebrow pencil brush. Use concealer to give a neat finished touch. If need waxing specialist will provide that service as well.
