CrossFit or Bootcamp Intro Session w/ Workout [60min]
Thinking about trying CrossFit or our HIIT Bootcamp? Join us for a FREE 60min session to learn about CrossFit training, our Bootcamp program and our Group Class options! We'll spend about 20-30 minutes discussing your goals and answering any questions, and then we'll run you through a light workout in the style of the program you're interested in. No experience required.
