In this class, you will be carried through a full-body workout to improve physical performance. In this class we will be using free weights, body weight as well as machines to help build well rounded strength and endurance. This class is great for you whether you are a weekend warrior looking to become more well rounded for your sport or someone that is just looking to improve overall strength and get toned.
This class you will be coached through the fundamental movements as well a progressions
