3 dog training lessons to teach basic obedience and behaviour skills. Suitable for dogs requiring basic skills and manners. Each lesson is approximately 90 minutes

The perfect package for new and experienced greyhound owners who wish to improve their understanding of their dog's behaviour .

During these two sessions there will be a focus on understanding and learning to read your greyhound's body language and communication signals. Using this awareness you will learn how to help your dog rehabilitate problem behaviours including, sleep startle, dog - dog reactivity, resource guarding, freezing, and address some of the cues regarding separation anxiety and separation related behaviours. General and dog socialisation will also be discussed

**Training equipment can be purchased during your session and is an additional cost.

A package designed to help understand separation anxiety in greyhounds.

This package will include a focus on understanding separation anxiety and will help you learn how to manage your dog's environment and separation cues. We will focus on desensitising the cues you give your dog before you leave and when you arrive. Strategies will be implemented to help your dog feel confident and relaxed in your absence.

**Please note that separation anxiety is a condition that sometimes requires medication. You may be recommended to talk with your vet about medication as part of the rehabilitation and retraining process.** Medication should always be used in conjunction with a behavioural training program.

This package is perfect for people who really want a well trained dog.

This package is suitable for dogs with reactive/aggressive behaviours.

Over 5 lessons you will be taught how to teach your dog obedience skills to a very high standard under distraction
Exercises such as - sit, drop, 'stay' and on lead recall will be taught
General behaviour training is also included, basic household and leash manners.

This package will assist you to rehabilitate and/or manage problem behaviours such as: separation anxiety, leash reactivity and other behavioural concerns (including aggression to people and other animals).

Where appropriate - your 5th lesson will be held at a local cafe to practice the skills learnt at home.

For families with a new puppy. Over 3 lessons we will come to your home and help you teach your puppy basic household skills (toilet training, household manners) as well as starting to teach basic obedience skills in an age appropriate manner. Learning how to socialise your puppy is the main focus of this package

We also work with common puppy issues such as teething, separation anxiety, stealing shoes, jumping up, leash walking.

These lessons are scheduled with you to help you learn to work with your pup as s/he grows into a more mature young dog.
