Flow & Rest Yoga - Thursday at 7pm

Flow and Rest yoga is open to all levels. In this class we flow our movement through a serious of asanas (poses) and also integrate restorative and yin practices into the session. I have bought together my love for yoga therapy techniques, hatha and restorative yoga and the ability to be able to alter poses to suit the individual. We flow through a sequence and activate muscles creating length and strength and the rest into restorative and yin poses to create space in the practice.
