Due to COVID, please do not bring extra guests as seating is limited. Face masks are required. Please be on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your class time and pay an additional $25 reschedule fee.

No call no shows will result in having to pay in full for another class at a later date.

Pre-Registration and payment are required at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. We do not carry cash on-site. Deposits are required for large groups.

REFUND POLICY: We understand that life happens... Please contact our office at 478-508-8313 ASAP if you need to reschedule a class. A reschedule is based upon the Instructors availability. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Refunds will only be issued if the instructor cancels the a class and you are not available for the rescheduled date/time of the class. If you register and no longer want to attend the class, you will be offered a voucher to use in a future class with an expiration date of 2 years from the date of class purchase, or you can gift your spot to another individual.

Replacement CPR Card

The cost of the replacement is $25 and will be mailed and emailed (PDF) to you within 24-hrs of your request. Please provide a correct mailing address, phone number, and email for us to communicate with you.

You must be currently certified by Affinity Care Solutions to be issued a replacement card.

ARC BLS/CPR INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

5 hours @ $300.00

The Instructor Course certifies the participant to teach the BLS for Healthcare Providers (BLS) Course, renewal course, and BLS Skill Sessions. In addition, instructors may teach all programs including: adult CPR, child CPR, infant CPR, AED use, first aid, pediatric CPR/first aid, and bloodborne pathogens. BLS Instructor certification is valid for a period of two (2) years.

Fee includes your required online Pre-Essential Instructor course, your skills testing, written test, Instructor manual, etc.
