If you find you are unable to attend after purchasing tickets and notify us prior to the event, we can provide you with a store credit which is good for purchase of merchandise, services or events. If you do not notify us prior to the event of your inability to attend, no refunds or credits will be given.
Very rarely, events are cancelled or postponed due to extenuating circumstances or inclement weather. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you at the phone number you provided at registration to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event.
