Pilates for MS
50 minutes
Pilates has many benefits to help all bodies including those with MS. Pilates benefits include: strengthening of core & deep stabilizer muscles, increasing balance and body awareness, facilitating breath, flexibility and stress relief. Movements are done with fewer repetitions but with deep focus and breath ensuring safe, productive movement. This Pilates work is done with optional standing, seated in chair and mat movements. Rest and relaxation of muscles between exercise is encouraged.

Please BRING these items with you: mat, stretch band, pillow or towel if needed for head or legs, foam roller or blanket rolled up to be about 36" long.
