Keeping in mind that this is comprehensive hair care, ALL CLIENTS MUST ADD THE NEW CLIENT SERVICE FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT BACK IN THE SALON. The reason for this is because I want the best results possible and need to eliminate unforeseen, problematic situations that occur when hair is extremely dry, damaged, and difficult to detangle. We don't have time to spend on things that are blocking us from great. Let's create on the CLEANEST canvas possible to make hair more receptive to moisture, and to manage hair easier. It creates a win - win - win situation.
FYI- A trim is 1/2 of an - 2/3 of an inch. Anything over an inch is a hair cut. If you haven't had a hair cut or trim in over three months, a trim at this point is technically and theoretically considered a hair cut. This is not opinion. It's just facts.
