We are glad you found us, and are happy to welcome you into our clinic.
Please read the following 2 paragraphs then click on your desired treatment option for booking.
*Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are asking you as a valued customer to please help us respect the following:
1. We ask you to please arrive as close as you can to your appointment time with a mask on.
2. We ask you to please remind friends and family members that they are not allowed into the clinic with you at this time. You can ask them to wait downstairs in the coffee shop, it's lovely.
4. While in the clinic, we ask you at all times, to respect social distancing for the comfort and safety of everyone.
5. In order to keep the clinic clean and safe for everyone, please make use of all the hand sanitizing stations and remember to wash your hands frequently.
First time patients must book the initial 90 minute assessment, and, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out your intake forms.
Return patients, If it has been longer than 3 months since your last appointment, please book a 75 minute, Exended-return Acupuncture follow-up, as I am sure we have lots to talk about.
If this is an ICBC claim, please be sure to bring your claim number, date of accident and personal care card for direct billing.
If you are having trouble finding a time that works, please call 250-777-4210, we would love to help find a time that works for you and your busy schedule.
At Blue Heron TCM we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs prior to treatment or chose to not show up, your credit card on file will be immediately charged for the full treatment price.
