Is there a deposit to book?
Yes, a $15 to $25 deposit is required to book depending on the service. The deposit will be applied to your total service amount.
How and when will my credit card be charged for my service?
Your card will be charged after your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 12 hours before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to accept a cancellation fee for half the price of your service if you cancel within 12 hours of the start of your appointment. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged for the full service.
What is your Lateness policy?
We always want to run on time for all of our guests, so we appreciate on-time arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next client's service at their scheduled time. If you are running late, please call us immediately so we can advise you of your options.
