Are you a Mum in need of some time out for yourself? Do you struggle to switch off and relax? Does Motherhood leave you feeling frazzled?

This day retreat has been created to allow the space for Mums to come along and take some much needed time to rest the body, relax the mind and restore energy levels.

We will explore a combination of mindset, gentle movement, breath work, self-hypnosis and guided relaxation that you can use at home. This will be a wonderfully relaxing and restorative day.
