Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Within 2 Days of the Scheduled Shoot
- If the Client cancels this Agreement within two (2) days of the scheduled Property shoot, the Client will be responsible for reimbursing any expenses incurred by the Photographer up to the date of cancellation, as well as fifty percent (50%) of the agreed service fee.
- Cancellation on the Day of the Scheduled Shoot
- If the Client cancels this Agreement on the day of the scheduled Property shoot, the Client will be responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed service fee, as well as any expenses incurred by the Photographer.
- Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule a Property shoot made within two (2) days of the scheduled shoot, including the day of the shoot, will be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation terms outlined above, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Photographer.
