How long will my session last? Each session lasts roughly 30 minutes.
What do I need to bring? All you need is a bottle of water, some workout clothes and a GREAT attitude!
What happens during a FREE Intro Session? Our free intro session is a 1 on 1 session that is structured just like our regular classes! We will begin with a basic dynamic style warm-up, proceed into a mobility and flexibility assessment and finish with a light CrossFit style workout! All is scalable to your current fitness level!
Can I bring a friend? Absolutely! Just make sure you give us a heads up before you do so!
