Chair Yoga exercises and postures are suitable for anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being. Chairs and other props will be used in a Hatha- style yoga class to improve mobility, strength, balance, circulation, respiration, digestion, and clarity of mind.

Barre is an upbeat total body workout. This 6 week routine will give you basics of barre with added optional intensity at week 4. Ballet based moves focused on posture and form help to improve core strength and balance while achieving an all over workout. We start with the basics and there's no ballet knowledge required.

Each class is taught in the traditional Hatha Yoga Style which links the mind, body, and breath to each movement. Each class is lead using detailed instructions to encourage using anatomical alignment. Variations and modifications of the postures are woven into each class to encourage the highest level of participation for each student.
