Cardio & Core 6 week Series (Starts Saturday, January 8th 8:30 am)
Calorie burning and ab toning! This cardio and core class will help you burn those unwanted calories and tone your abdominal muscles all while engaging your whole body for a steady paced workout. We will incorporate a mix of moves to define and lengthen your torso using weights, exercise balls, bands, and sliders. This class is a great compliment to our Barre Series as well as our Yoga classes or if your just looking to build strength in your mid section. Made for all fitness levels.

This Beginners II Series will reinforce basic postures that are essential for you to learn so you can feel comfortable in a class or practicing on your own at home. This class focuses on core asanas/postures and the foundations of breath-work as well meditation practices. Learn proper alignment, where to focus effort and where to find release. A good choice for all levels even absolute begin
Hot & Chill 6 week Series - (Starts Sunday, December 5th at 10am)

Our hot yoga class consists of thoughtfully sequenced Hatha Yoga poses connected with the breath, designed to systematically work your body from head to toe, with detailed instruction on transitions and alignment. Precise direction and longer holds will help you to refine your practice while enhancing toning, strength, flexibility and endurance. Advanced postures will be introduced and carefully guided, however modifications will be offered, making this class suitable for all levels.
Raising the Barre! 6 week Series (Starts Thursday, December 16th at 6:30pm)
Barre is an upbeat total body workout. This 6 week routine will give you basics of barre with added optional intensity at week 4. Ballet based moves focused on posture and form help to improve core strength and balance while achieving an all over workout. We start with the basics and there's no ballet knowledge required. (Check your email for confirmation after sign up).
Brand-New to Yoga 6 week Series (Starts Saturday, January 8th at 9:30am)

Each class is taught in the traditional Hatha Yoga Style which links the mind, body, and breath to each movement. Each class is lead using detailed instructions to encourage using anatomical alignment. Variations and modifications of the postures are woven into each class to encourage the highest level of participation for each student. All classes include the physical, meditation, and breathing, and the relaxation techniques of classical yoga. (Please note: Confirmation will be sent to your email).
