Runner and athlete specific class focusing on total strength training incorporating different implements. The first 15-20 minutes is reformer based dedicated to basic muscle activation and pre-fatigue primarily focusing on the glutes, hip flexors, core and shoulders in preparation for a more intense strength training session. Strength sessions will focus typically on lower body (glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves) and a specific upper body muscle group (back, chest, shoulders, or arms).
