Deposits are credited towards your procedure & are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. - This includes Touch-Up payments/deposits.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: * 48 hour notice is required. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit
Tardiness: *If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment and I can no longer take you, you will be rescheduled & lose deposit
No Shows: * You will be charged full appointment price. A new procedure fee will be required in FULL to reschedule.
Please attend your session with a translator if you are non-english speaking to ensure appointment goes smoothly (translator must sit in waiting area once work begins)
No extra people (especially children) or pets allowed inside procedure room once consultation and session begins - this is a safety concern and there are no exceptions
Please ensure phone number and email on file is accurate before submitting appointment. Please bear in mind I am 1 person and have emergencies, come down with illness, etc which might affect appointment; an up to date number is vital.
I offer a range of availability; please select a day you are available and not a day you need to schedule off work for. In the event I do need to reschedule, this can be a major issue an inconvenience on your end

Prepare for your appointment
-Do not take aspirin, ibuprofen, Niacin, Vitamin E, or excessive alcohol 24 hours prior to and after your microblading procedure -Discontinue Retin A skin care products close to the enhancement area 4 weeks before and after your procedure -Discontinue use of AHA skin care products close to the enhancement area 1 week prior to your procedure -No waxing, laser or electrolysis 1 week prior to procedure
-No chemical peels 60 days prior -No Botox, fillers, or Fish oil 3 weeks prior -No tanning 3 weeks prior
Day of your appointment
Numbing takes 30-40 minutes & is included in your appointment time. Ex: Appointment time 10am, you will be taken into room around 10:30-:40 once numbing is complete. Please prepare for a 2.5-3 hour appointment as to not feel rushed if I am running a few minutes behind with the client before you or if I run behind with you. Every client's skin is different and some can be complicated; I do not ever rush my work. Please respect everyone's appointment as well as your own.
What to expect during healing
The following MUST be avoided during until all scabbing has ceased post-microblading procedure
There will be an unflattering period of scabbing during this time & makeup is not allowed on/around the brow areaPLAN ACCORDINGLY
• Sweating, wetting, or washing brows • Touching, picking, peeling, or scratching brows • Applying makeup, creams, ointments to brows or surrounding area • Tanning • Smoking • Drinking alcohol in excess, as it may lead to slow healing of wounds • Driving in open air vehicles such as convertibles, boats, bicycles, or motorcycles • Any laser or chemical treatments or peelings, and/or any creams containing RetinA or Glycolic Acid on the face or neck • Picking, peeling, or scratching of the micro pigmented area in order to avoid scarring of the area or removal of the pigment • Performing tasks related to heavy household cleaning such as garage or basement cleaning where there is a lot of airborne debris

After care and skin type accounts for about 75% of how your eyebrows will heal after receiving the Microblading treatment. Results should not be considered complete until after TOUCH UP as this is a 2, sometimes 3 step process.
Failure to follow after care will DIRECTLY result to poor healing
Failure to comply with above information can result in a rescheduling of your appointment and a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service
There are no exceptions to the terms listed above
