BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Masks are still encouraged for all vaccinated clients and required for unvaccinated clients. In order to protect the safety of everyone you MUST have a mask, if you do not have a mask you will need to reschedule and the full price of your service will be charged as it is considered a missed visit.
- Keep in mind that there is at deposit of $40/service/person required at the time of booking for all appointments. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
- Due to the limited availability, if you are scheduling an appointment with the owner, you will be charged the full amount at the time of scheduling and there are NO REFUNDS and NO RESCHEDULING for these appointments. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment this will result in a lose of your payment, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Cancellations or Rescheduling less than 24hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No call/no show to your appointed time will result in the full price of your service charge to your card on file, NO REFUNDS,NO EXPECTIONS.
- Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment.
- No children are allowed unless being treated and accompanied by a guardian over 18yrs old.
- No extra guests are permitted to your appointment.
- Please do not book if you are sick! (Fever, cold, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, Pink eye, etc). If you arrive to your appointment sick, this will result in a cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of your service, NO EXPECTIONS.
- All service times include completing paperwork, dressing/undressing, and clean up.
- Please be respectful and come after bathing if you workout prior to your appointment.
- If you are scheduling a facial, please arrive with a clean face (no Make-up)
- By entering your card information signifies that you agree with the above stated terms.
