Each customer will be granted a 5 min call to discuss details. This is optional. Please text before you call. If you can not reach me via text, CALL. Hours to call are between 10am-7pm. I do not reach out to customers other than confirming appointments. If you have any concerns please call within my business hours. 443-799-7890.
When booking you must put a number that is reachable! If I try to confirm with you and I receive no answer your shoot will be cancelled. If your number has changed, confirm with me at least 3 days before your shoot, not the day of!
How much is required to book?
RETAINER (deposit) FEE: $65
If you are booking a flower set (bra and panty set) the retainer will be $95 which consists of the deposit for the handmade, made to order sets.
I booked an appointment when the books opened but I didn't receive a confirmation email. Is my appointment confirmed?
Appointments go very fast and spots sometimes go within minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text your appointment is not confirmed. Your account may show a PENDING transaction but your payment will be REJECTED if a confirmation was not sent to you. A lot of clients are booking at the same time so PayPal is working fast to get appointments to those that booked first. Your money/Payment will NOT be taken. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO KEEP ALL OF THOSE APPOINTMENTS. Please, do not PAY IN FULL. READ ALL THE OPTIONS. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED!
What is the address of the studio?
Address for all Appointments will be released after booking via TEXT. Client must contact via TEXT for address
Edits & Raw Pictures:
How many days/months/weeks should I book in advance to get my pictures back?
IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR AN EVENT OR BIRTHDAY, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BOOK 1-2 MONTHS BEFORE YOU NEED YOUR PHOTOS TO BE COMPLETE. HIGH VOLUME OF CLIENTELE LEADS TO LONGER WAIT TIMES FOR PHOTOS. If you need your pictures back before 60 days from now, book a RUSH FEE ($75). You may not be able to add it after booking.
How many edits come with my session? Can I get more?
All sessions come with a specified amount of Edited photos. More can be requested. If approved, there will be a price per picture for each additional picture.
How long does it take for my pictures to come back?
There is a 30 Day Turnaround time or a MONTH. How to calculate when you will receive your photos. For example if your shoot is May 5th, you will receive your photos closer to June 5th.
Turnaround Time for photos is 20 business days, may vary depending on volume of clientele (wait times may increase) RUSH FEE AVAILABLE. 3-4 day turnaround time with rush fee. Wait times for rush fee are subject to change based on volume of clients. By not paying the rush fee you are in agreeance to waiting the 20 business day turnaround time or longer depending on volume of clientele. Clients will receive all raw photos a week after their scheduled session (wait times may vary depending on business) Clients are encouraged to check in for photos after a week by text. Do not expect a text back immediately. Do not double text. Put in a request and wait for your raw photos, as well as edits. Text will be answered within 24-48 hours. Everything happens within the 20 business day wait time.
How do we receive the photos?
All photos will be given to customer digitally.
I lost my photos on my device, do you keep any copies?
No. PICTURES ARE ERASED AFTER 1 YEAR TO FREE UP SPACE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR PHOTOS TO YOUR DEVICES. (Clients are responsible for saving photos and selecting edits in a timely manner

What happens if I can't make my appt for ANY reason?
Retainer (deposit) is non refundable! I DO NOT refund deposits under any circumstances. There will be a $35 rescheduling fee due upfront to reschedule your appointment. Clients are allowed one reschedule. If you need to cancel after you have already confirmed, please reach out at your earliest notice of cancellation to avoid not being able to rebook. Reschedules must be done at the latest 3 days before the appt or it will be considered a cancel.
RESCHEDULING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO UNTIMELY RESPONSES FOR A NEW DATE. MEANING, PLEASE SEND DATES WITH DEPOSIT TO AVOID A RESCHEDULING DATE OF YOUR CHOICE BEING UNAVAILABLE. Rescheduling fees are non refundable. Reschedules are not priority for the following month.
Your appointment will be added to the squeeze in list as soon as you notify me that you won't be able to keep your appt, which means it may not be there if you change your mind.
Cancelled appointments are non refundable. Your appointment is subject to cancel if you are 30 mins or more late to your appt. 10 minute grace period but it does go against clients shoot time. Clients are required to either confirm or reschedule appointments once my assistant reaches out to you, or appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Reschedule dates are given when my schedule opens back up. A $35 rescheduling fee will be applied to clients balance. Clients aren’t allowed to reschedule no more than 1 time.

SHOOT DAY QUESTIONS (CREATIVE IDEAS, POLICIES, PROPS):
Do you think of the ideas and have props? Can I Bring my own props?
I DO NOT randomly think of ideas for clients. Each client will have creative control over their shoots. I will help if necessary but it is your responsibility to come up with your shoot ideas and provide props. No advanced edits or things which are not physically present will be automatically added to your shoot. I.e. a ocean or mermaid background when booking a appt with a ADVANCED EDIT*. It will be a plain backdrop otherwise. Depending on the demand, you may call/text 443-799-7890 to get some ideas but it is not guaranteed.
*What is a advanced edit? Does everyone get one?
Advanced edits are edits which change the background or add something significantly different which wasn't originally in the physical pictures. I.e.
Client wants to add a motorcycle in the background of a picture they took on a plain white background.
Background edits are NOT included for each picture, Only one photo is Guaranteed for the background edit if approved .I will not always agree to change the background so come prepared with your own props and set up.
Originally, I booked a ____ shoot, but I now want to downgrade this shoot. Can I pay the difference?
Please note, if you change the amount of looks after booking, it will not reflect on the price. The time slot that you selected is what's paid for. You may upgrade your shoot, if approved and will require to use a larger time slot.
NOTE: Robes/Satin Fabric/Backdrop/Shoot Type are all subject to change. Colors may get rotated/replaced and no longer available for you to shoot. Robes are typically one size fits all. All colors of robes/satins can be found in the highlight section of my assistants page on IG @mollymystic. These are all current and frequently updated.
When should I send in my sizes for bra/panty sets?
For bra and panty sets client must notify me a week prior of their sizes and color preference ***PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO SIZING***
Can I bring extra people with me to my photoshoot?
Please do not bring any more than 2 extra guest with you to your session, unless they will be included in the actual shoot. This must be discussed with me prior.
What forms of payment are accepted?

Clients are usually required to be nude for the paint process, if client is uncomfortable being nude, please wear thongs (nude or black preferably)
