Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that appointment times are limited. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to change an appointment.

• The first time in a 12 month period a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file.
• All future missed appointments in the same 12 month period may be subject to a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled appointment.

Appointments can be changed online using the link provided in confirmation and reminder emails up to 12 hours in advance.
