*Consults will be added to an Over Time Calendar. If over time is available, you will recieve an email on Sunday evening or monday morning, for that week Only. Do not respond if you are not available, your name will remain on the email list. If there is no overtime to offer, No email will be sent.
Scheduling is done every Sunday, including Holidays, for 2 weeks at a time. Choose the first available appt time to avoid gaps and to keep a consistent flow of schedule. If the first opening is 830a , book 830a so that the following person is able to book the slot after you. No Exceptions. All timeframes are approximate, not guaranteed. If you book a gap, it will be moved. You are responsible for following the booking process. Please Be mindful that this will affect everyone after you. After the second time, you will be Blocked.
Our Consultation is a session of research and discovery to explore the analysis of your hair, scalp and wellness, discuss the desired course of service, create future regimen and discuss the process and its prices. The consultation fee is not added to services nor scheduled on the same day as a service.
All New Clients are REQUIRED to schedule a consult first. Do NOT schedule a service if you have never been serviced by Nicole. All consult fees are nonrefundable after processing. Booking a Consult and a Service on the same day is prohibited. Booking a service without scheduling a New Client Consult results in No Refund & cancelled service. DO NOT BOOK A CONSULT DURING YOUR LUNCH BREAK. Be sure to have your hair completely taken down from style for the consult. Please Note: There are a certain number of consults held per day, be advised if that number is reached, your appt will be moved to another date.
If your are a client returning after 3 months or more, and or wanting to schedule Color Services, you are required to schedule a Returning Client Consult. Failure to do so will result in No Refund and canceled service appt. DO NOT BOOK A CONSULT DURING YOUR LUNCH BREAK.
