To schedule the initial consult, please select your preferred date and time, complete the new client questionnaire, and agree to the terms and conditions. Please note that the photo/video release and email sign-up is optional, you may choose either "yes" or "no" options to continue.
If you signed up for a multi-session training program, please select "Package Session" for your appointment type and book all of your training sessions at once. This will ensure continuity of training and avoid scheduling delays. To do this, click on the preferred time of your first session and then select the "add a time" option and schedule all of the appointments included in your training program.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due at the time of the initial consult/private coaching session. Payment for remote coaching sessions is due prior to the start of each session. Payments for multi-session programs must be made in full prior to or at the first session.
