After the request has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation with in 24 hours. Until then, the request is still only pending.

Once confirmed, Please make sure you arrive at your appointment date/time at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

We are located at 140 Washington Street, Lower Level Suite 80. If you have to reschedule appointment, please make sure it's done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
