Few quick things BEFORE selecting your date.
- Choose a date that will allow you enough time to complete the questionnaire AND allow me 24 hours before our appointment to review it.
- For instance, do not book for the very next day of the week as that will not allow you enough time to fill out the form and have me review it before we meet.
- Please be sure to click the link "Gina Rolkowski Discovery Booking Questionnaire" below for the Intake form questions prior to booking your call date and time.
- If you forget to click the link you will receive the same link in a confirmation email so no worries!
