Turbo Kick is a combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, and lots of fun combinations all perfectly in tune to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength & endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You will find the right intensity for you. All fitness levels are welcome to this class.
This 60 min yoga class is perfect if you are new to yoga or need a slower more gentler pace.
Props such as chairs, blocks and straps will be provided. Different levels of each yoga pose will be offered so you can find what feels right for your body. We focus on strength, mobility and fall prevention. At the end of class you will feel relaxed, refreshed and successful.

Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are set to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as resistance bands and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, strengthen and stretch your entire body. This is a low impact workout great for mamas or any one who wants to tighten and tone your whole body with out impact(no jumping). All ages and stages welcomed!

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In this restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of 75 mins It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga. It is a very relaxing yoga with deep meditative stretches. This class is taught using props and candle light to help you reach your deepest level of relaxation.
1 hour session includes essential oils. During a session, clients feel relaxed and renewed. Reiki unblocks areas within your body where energy gets stuck as the result of stress, anxiety, depression the normal aging process and disease. During your session I will work on your specific needs using Reiki hand positions and essential oils that will benefit your personal healing needs.I love helping clients make enormous difference in their health in just a few treatments.
