In light of current public health concerns regarding COVID-19, to protect the health of our staff and our clients, we are offering the option of telephone consultations rather than in person appointments.
For our in person appointments:
- In accordance with the Nov 18, 2020 Public Health Order, ALL VISITORS MUST WEAR A MASK
- We are leaving time between appointments to allow people to finish and leave, and the space to be cleaned, before the next appointment starts.
- Surfaces clients touch will be cleaned between each appointment.
- We will limit people in the front office area to 1 client / 1 client with family member at any one time due to physical distancing requirements.
- The debit/credit machine will be wiped after each transaction
- We discourage the use of cash and cannot make change.
- Clients MUST make appointments, they cannot drop in and see Partners/staff, they can make an appointment to speak in person or by phone.
- Clients are asked to use the Hand sanitizer available when entering the office.
