This slow flow class is a combination of fluid movement and breath along with accessible poses. Over the course of the class you will move through poses that gently engage and open all major muscle groups with an emphasis on spinal integrity. The 6 movements of the spine (left, right, side-bending and twisting, forward flexion and extension) are incorporated. All to aid spinal integrity, better posture, increases energy, and overall well-being. Appropriate for all levels.
