Please select this visit type if you are an existing patient seen in the last twelve weeks and are in need of brief psychotherapy or are in a non-emergency crisis and in need of medication management.

Select this type of session if a meeting with your family or significant other will take place per your request or per Dr. Baez recommendation in which the patient will be present.
