Prerequisite: Course/s of Iyengar Yoga for beginners these courses can be accessed online. Dates to be announced soon.

A private class with restricted numbers for those wanting a focused class with more time for individual feedback.

One and a half day Urban Reteat

7 hours @ £145.00

This is one and a half-day yoga holiday whilst staying at home. The goal of yoga is to change the mindset and this can just as easily done at home as abroad!
The event will consist of one session on Oct 29th & two sessions on Oct 30th with a break for lunch. Please bring a picnic or I will provide information on local eateries who can provide a takeaway.

This class is intended for those familiar with Iyengar yoga. You need to have a facility to use yoga equipment typical in Iyengar classes, responsibly and safely. For your own well-being entry to this class is not guaranteed to those unfamiliar to this method.

60 minute, Online Beginner Class

1 hour @ £7.00

1-2-1 Online Session

1 hour 15 minutes @ £65.00

A private yoga session for those wanting to develop a regular home practice or deal with personal challenges.

10 Class Pack: In-Person General/Intermediate Iyengar class , in Kew

This class is for those who have attended a beginner's course and understand the use of Iyengar inspired yoga equipment. Other styles of yoga will not serve as an introduction to Iyengar yoga.

Shared Personal Training Package

£170.00

This is a small class where numbers are strictly limited. This allows students to have a more personal experience to work on their practice and personal challenges.
I encourage students to call and let me know of the difficulties they want to work on, no later than 48 hours before class.
If you are injured or in pain, please call me to discuss the issue first rather than to just not turn up at class.
