Initial Visit for all new patients seeking care at Phoenix Rising Integrative Medicine with Dr. Etters. This 120 minute visit includes comprehensive evaluation, consultation, a personalized treatment plan based on your health goals, and a 45 minute acupuncture treatment.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment time; the remainder of payment is due at time of service. Please provide a 48 hour notification if you need to cancel or reschedule.

INITIAL VISIT: COUPLE'S FERTILITY

1 hour 15 minutes @ $375.00

A new patient visit for both partners who are trying to conceive naturally or seeking assistance via IUI or IVF. We know that when it comes to conception and healthy pregnancy, it takes two. In fact, 30-40% of fertility challenges are due to male factor alone. Chinese Medicine is significantly more effective at optimizing fertility when both partners are assisted. $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold this appointment; remainder of fee is due at time of service. 48 hour cancelation notice required

INITIAL VISIT: FERTILITY & HORMONAL HEALTH with Dr. Jordan

This initial visit includes a thorough 120 minute evaluation, consultation, customized treatment plan and first acupuncture session. This visit will kickstart the treatment protocol of Phoenix Rising Acupuncture's Fertility Protocol.

INITIAL VISIT: PREGNANCY (FOR PREGNANT PATIENTS ONLY)

45 minutes @ $195.00

Initial Visit for all patients who are currently pregnant and seeking care at Phoenix Rising Acupuncture. This 90 minute visit includes comprehensive evaluation, consultation, customized treatment plan based on your health goals, and a 50 minute acupuncture treatment.

$100 deposit is required to hold appointment time; remainder of payment due at time of service. 48 hour cancellation policy. Please give us a 48 hour notification if you need to cancel or reschedule. All no shows will lose $100 deposit.

ACUPUNCTURE FOLLOW-UP with Dr. Jordan (50 minutes)

This is for new patients who know they're ready to get started.

During this initial visit, we'll review your health history, your current conditions, & your goals for our work together. We'll discuss your diet, lifestyle, supplements, & medications as well as any additional information you feel is relevant for me to know. You'll leave this appointment with a custom treatment protocol that can be started immediately.

Your first acupuncture treatment will be included during this appointment.

Acupuncture or NAET || RETURN VISIT ONLY || Schedule an In-Person Appointment

15 minutes @ $95.00

As an established patient, we will continue our work together with ongoing in-person treatments. This appointment (50 minutes) will include a brief review of your current health and how you are feeling after our last appointment as well as an acupuncture or NAET treatment.
